ALSC Laser Fleet

A laser fleet has been formed in Tacoma. It is known as the American Lake Sailing Club Laser Fleet (ALSCLF). Our Laser group is associated with the American Lake Sailing Club (ALSC) and races on the last Saturday of each month, with the exception of December.

The ALSC is a small group dedicated to providing a venue for casual, informal racing in the protected setting of American Lake in south Tacoma. Racing with ALSCLF is a great place to ease into laser racing in a relaxed and non-intimidating environment. The best part is that the racing is FREE. That's right, there are no entry fees for racing although participants are encouraged to join the ALSC if they attend races regularly.

During the longer days and warmer conditions of summer the members of the ALSCLF organize other sailing sessions on American Lake, besides the normal race on the last Saturday of each month.
